Sync installs from your CRM
Connect any CRM — JobNimbus, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce — so an install confirms the matching deal in Knockt automatically. Enterprise.

If your installs are tracked in a CRM of record, that should be the truth in Knockt too — without anyone re-keying it. CRM install sync is an Enterprise capability; contact sales to set it up.
Works with any CRM
JobNimbus is first-class, but any CRM that can send a webhook works — GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesRabbit, AccuLynx, Zoho, Pipedrive, and more. Connect from Settings → Integrations: Knockt gives you a signed webhook URL to paste into your CRM's automation.
How it works
When a job is marked installed (or an opportunity moves to won/installed) in your CRM, it posts to that webhook, and Knockt flips the matching deal to Installed — which releases the install-portion of that deal's commission and starts the clawback clock.
Matched on the CRM deal id — exact, signature-verified.
GoHighLevel
In GoHighLevel, add a Workflow triggered by *Pipeline Stage Changed* to your Installed/Won stage, with a Webhook action posting the opportunity to your Knockt URL. Knockt matches on the GoHighLevel opportunity id you stored on the deal.
Exact, and verified
- Matches are exact on the deal's CRM id — never a fuzzy name/date guess.
- Webhooks are signature-verified (HMAC) and scoped to your workspace.
- An event that matches nothing is recorded and skipped, not force-applied.
Tip
For installs to match, deals need their CRM id attached. Set it when you log the deal (or via the API), or backfill it on existing deals.
