Plans, trials & billing

Knockt has a Free tier, two paid tiers (Team and Pro) priced per active rep, and a 14-day trial to start. 'Active' means a rep with at least one sale logged in that billing month — benched reps cost nothing, and managers never count toward the seat price.

Free

Up to 5 reps, 1 manager, the live dashboard and leaderboard, mobile logging, and basic tiered commission — plus a read-only view of the ledger so you can see how clawbacks and adjustments work before upgrading.

Team

$22 per active rep per month, or commit to a seat count billed annually at $18/seat/mo (17% off). The core stack: the full commission ledger reps can see and dispute, reporting, roster import, and payroll export — on top of tiered commission, the milestone bonus, and tenure goals.

Pro

$40 per active rep per month, or commit to a seat count billed annually at $33/seat/mo (17% off). Everything in Team, plus the full commission engine — install-based & split payout, automatic clawbacks, setter/closer crediting, new-hire ramp, custom add-ons, and CRM install-sync.

The 14-day trial

Start a workspace and get full Pro access for 14 days — no credit card required. When the trial ends, add a card to stay on Pro, or you automatically move to the Free tier with your data intact.

Manage your subscription

Add a card, change plans, or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. If you cancel, you keep Pro through the end of the current period, then move to Free. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store card details.
